Member Code of Ethics
 

1. The AMDEX website is for the mutual benefit of all its members. Compliance with this Code is a condition of use of the AMDEX site.
2. Notices of space, loads and/or jobs that have already been picked up must be removed as soon as possible from the site by the posting AMDEX member.

3. Where an enquiry has been received regarding a load and\or job that has been posted it must be responded to within 24 hours.
4. As a member of AMDEX it is your responsibility to treat all of our members with the same respect and courtesy that you would want to be treated with.
5. Placement of "Phantom" loads and/or jobs are forbidden. Breach of this rule may result in the removal of your membership from the AMDEX.
6. Where a load and/or job has been obtained using our site please ensure that prompt payment is made within 48 hours to the company concerned.
7. In order to ensure member satisfaction a system of company ratings will be in operation. Members will be invited to rate other members.
8. The decisions of AMDEX management are binding on all members.
